The location is great with parking and shops close by. The personal very friendly, the Kitchenette was very useful and our beds were very comfortable. All linens & towels were spotless, clean and fresh. Breakfast a plus.

I wouldn't recommend this as a romantic place to stay, but it is a great place to stay for a couple taking a romantic weekend getaway with the romantic day trips and events. It is situated in great location central to many beautiful areas. Staff was GREAT!

The beds were comfy and the room was nice and big, we were surprised at how big the 2 queen bed studio was. We came up for Christmas shopping and the area was perfect for just that. So many stores and places to explore, great location to everything, Inglside, Yankee Candle, Vermont Country Store, even shopping just across the street.

I wish this hotel had been here when my daughter was at UMass—we often stayed in Chicopee or Springfield! Rooms were ginormous, shower was too. Liked the fridge and kitchenette. Breakfast was good—plenty of options for vegetarians.

Location was excellent as it was just a few minutes from where we needed to go and very close to stores as well. Did not wake up on time for breakfast but the person at the reception was kind enough to offer us some items as they were just clearing out. The staff were really exceptionally nice and professional.

Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean!, large comfortable room. Great, fun place to stay while visiting son at Amherst. Easy access to all amenities, food, shopping around the corner and across the street (but the hotel feels apart from the action in a good way). Very quiet. We did not hear a peep in our room.

My sister and I stayed at this Homewood the Christmas before the Pandemic so we knew the hotel. We initially were very impressed by the size of the kitchen and living area during that stay. However, this stay, the living area was way smaller than the bedroom. We would have liked it to be bigger. The breakfast was awesome and the coffee was the best EVER. Check-in and check-out were facilitated by nice people who made everything easy. Housekeeping was immediate in our request for more pillows (I have a bad back and needed to be propped up in bed). The bed was somewhat hard but comfortable.

great location, convenient to have a full small kitchen in the room, free breakfast, nice decor in the rooms. Also, we were lucky to have a beautiful view of a meadow and woods out our window.

I have a child at Hampshire College. This is the perfect place for me to stay when I visit. I will be back and I will stay here again. The room was wonderful! The staff was great! The location is perfect! Also love how close I am to stores etc
